John 3:16
Dear Family and Friends,
My hospital room was Room# 316. My lcousin Michelle decorated on a sheet of construction paper that had this verse: John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
I don't remember much from the hospital... you could have all walked in wearing a santa suit with bells on.... and I still wouldn't remember (thank God for that!), but I do remember looking at this paper and reading it to myself.
I remember thinking, he wasn't ready for me and I sure as hell wasn't ready to go! Like I said at the walk.... Your love and support is what is going to get me over the mountain that I'm climbing!! The other side is a long way away!! I can't see it, but I do know that it's there. Thank you all for guiding me up!! That's the only way to go when you've hit bottom. At my lowest point so far... I did tell my mom that I wish I had died on that gym floor. I don't feel that way today! I realized I was given a gift! I realized I just haven't finished what I started.
This accident has strenghthened my faith in God and people. You all stepped up when I needed you! Just wanted to say thank you again! Thank you isn't even enough!! Have a good evening and love you all!!
Katie
P.S Please pass on to anyone who was at the walk whose email I don't have. Thank you.

Hang in there Katie. I really enjoyed the walk and was most inspired by the support for you.
I'm the 15 minutes before closing lady.
