Oh, yes!!!
I CAN BREATHE freely through my nose again!!
It was rough this morning, though. No breakfast, no water after 6 AM (and you can imagine how I handled that), morning meds on an empty stomach, then throw in a hot, steamy bath to clear the sinuses. The result was not anything I want to repeat. I just felt so weak I had to get my momma to get me out of the tub. By the time I got to the hospital, I was feeling better. Then they started the "I don't care" medicine, and it is really a wonderful feeling. The name fits it well.
The whole experience here is awesome. Major props out to all of the nurses, Gina, Charleen, Tara, Sy, Erika, Karen, Calley, Cindy and Bob. But most of all to Dr. Foreman!
I feel so good, I really don't want to sleep and miss it.
Love to you all, and thanks again for your thoughts and prayers.
Katie

Hey Katie
I'm not sure if you remember me. You were in my gymnastic class at St. Bernard (yearssss ago) and you worked with me for a little while at ICON with David. I'm so sorry to hear about your accident. I just found out it was you yesterday but my brother had told me about this last week. He was one of the nurses that worked on you in the ER. I'd love to hear from you, write back when you have time.

Hey Katie! It's suzette, tony's sister n carolyn's favorite sister in law haha! Hm....what do you say..God is good, all the time! But tell me, HA why is it when we see so clearly that awesome Father and Friend that we have in Jesus...UHHHH our life is in shambles!!? Ain't that the dandiest thing! I can only attempt to imagine your trauma, but i do know clearly how grateful you are and awe struck at the wonderfulness of people and the so real presence of God. I am really glad that you have this website...way cool!! you are totally awesome and sound so good and uplifting. And i also want to say, Katie, I am so sorry this happened to you. I know, believe me, I know the great things you see in this, and the outstanding reality of love, but i also the hurt and pain and humiliation of the suffering part too. You will surely find that it is in this place where unexplainable healing takes place. I admire you and the mighty call on your life. Surely no horrific thing is from God but indeed He is with us and when we have, as i see and read in your words, the desire to know Him, then we get to bathe in His glory and grace in our times of grief and suffering. Hmmm. I will see you soon Miss Katie Nicholson. I send sweet hello's to all your family and friends. keep smiling keep shining! Love always, Suzette
